My teeth never grew out(I don't want to tell everyone my story mmk),so I've had ridges(Bumpy teeth) on my front %26amp; bottom teeth.I guess I get the fronts grinded down in 3 weeks. So I just wanted to know if I was the only one and should I be embarrassed? Its basically why I don't like smiling D=.Am I the Only one here at age 14 that still has ridges on both bottom and front teeth?
You're talking about the bumps along the top of your teeth, right? I'm 26 and I still have them on my bottom teeth. It's just because my teeth were out of alignment and never ground down the way they were supposed to. It's not a big deal, and you're getting it taken care of anyway. I wouldn't worry about it.Am I the Only one here at age 14 that still has ridges on both bottom and front teeth?
Don't be alarmed because you are not the only one. You are still very young and at your age where your body is still at its development stage, correcting the problem is unlimited. Tackle such difficulties, if you have a dentist in school, have your teeth checked for proper treatment. The dentist knows best how you will treat those ridges. Good luck to you.
No, I've seen other people who are older and still have them. Those people tend to have harder teeth and so they don't wear away as quickly. Having those bumps also shows that you don't grind your teeth like many people do. That's what can also cause wear and tear on the teeth.
Be kind to your teeth. They know what they are supposed to do. That's how they grow into adult form. Being ';perfect'; should not cause a lifetime of painful chewing and drinking due to peer pressure messing your mind.
Yeah, I,m 14 and still have ridges on my bottom teeth. I know how you feel......
