Can we expect more Wacos and Ruby Ridges if Obama is elected?

Will Obama sic the ATF and FBI on right-wing, fundamentalist, neo-nazi, racist scum the way Bill Clinton did?





Is this prospect not exciting!Can we expect more Wacos and Ruby Ridges if Obama is elected?
I am more worried about the right wing, fundie,neo-nazi scum coming to get us!!





Those people have guns. and rocket launchers. they train like terrorist cells....and somehow that is ok with the government. But get two liberals with a pocket knife together and they're off the Leavenworth!!








They will not take this lying down you know. They have been stirred into foaming mouthed rage at the uppity black man and the ';emoral libs'; (one of them spelled it that way!!!) And this has been a deliberate ploy on the part of the GOP.





If KKKarl Rove can't control this country he will destroy it.

Bill Clinton did not ';sic'; anybody on anything. And if I remember correctly - the Waco incident occurred just a few months after Clinton took office - it was hardly ';his'; FBI.





The FBI and the CIA and the ATF and all the other governmental acronyms are pretty much redneck cowboys with big guns and the legal right to slaugher civilians.





Who is in office at any given time is fairly immaterial.
Shortly before I became completely and utterly disgusted by the newspaper business, I remember Randy Weaver came to Kingsport, TN where I was working. The editor put a story about him coming to a gun show above the fold on the front page. It was a gushing piece that nearly made me vomit reading it. (You would have thought it was the second coming.)





My story about governor got buried in B section on page 4. Not that I'm bitter, but I was pretty much done with reporting after that point.





This was a man who armed teenage children while his house was surrounded by the FBI and won money for getting his wife and 14 year old son killed. He should be in prison.





Short answer, I doubt it. People like Weaver belong in jail.
I'm sure he will. I fail to see how this is a good thing. The First Amendment exists for a reason. It protects unpopular speech. If neo-Nazi racists don't enjoy that freedom, then your freedom to decry those same neo-Nazi racists is not absolute and guaranteed, either.
Yes, we can expect more of the same trampling of constitutional rights under Obamas rule.

Unless we expose the whole dangerous agenda. Incidents provoked by ';federal informants'; can be used to justify further attacks on what's left of our civil liberties. We need to keep vigilant.
I hope not because Obama wants peace. However if these people become violent, they will get theirs. However Obama would deal with this matter more competently than in the past.
Only if he goes after the law-abiding citizens who own legal firearms. He doesn't have the balls to do such a thing, though.
Oh yes. How exciting. It's indeed a great day for liberals and democrats when they can declare war on their own citizens.



Im sure Bill Ayers can help sprearhead the operations, he does have ATF experience....
